Wire mesh partitions and machine enclosure panels

We design and manufacture wire mesh panel systems to safeguard against machine, device and conveyor hazards, and to protect employees in storage areas in production plants, warehouses and terminals. Wire mesh panel systems are modular, making the wire mesh enclosures easy to dismantle and reassemble. Panels consist of a steel tube frame and steel wire mesh.

The standard panel heights are 1400, 2200 and 3233 mm, including a 100-mm gap for cleaning purposes. Panels with adjustable cleaning gaps are also available. The mesh size in our standard panels is 40 x 40 mm.

For welding, machine tool and sawing cell enclosures, we recommend sheet metal panels. These panels keep welding machine arcs, machine tool cutting fluids, metal chippings and sawdust contained within the walls.

Wicket, service and sliding doors and service hatches

In addition to wire mesh panels, we also offer a wide range of wicket and service doors, sliding doors and double sliding doors, overhead doors, sectional doors, folding doors, roller shutters, and service hatches. They can be equipped with safety limit switches, safety light curtains, safety contact edges, electric motors, pneumatics, automated control, and other solutions that increase work safety and simplify work.

Safety gate

Our safety gate has been developed for challenging industrial environments. The supporting steel frame is equipped with an integrated electric safety limit switch that automatically switches off all machinery inside the enclosure when the gate is opened. Steel frames keep the handle’s safety limit lever and the limit switch safe from knocks and blows. All wires and connectors are located under a removable cover. The safety limit reset buttons can be found on the cover by the door. The emergency stop button is installed at the back of the column.

Cable tray and sliding door track

The OC cable tray is installed on the top edge of the wire mesh panel. The cable trays’ inner dimensions are 60 x 35 mm. You can remove its cover without tools. We also supply special corner pieces. Cable trays are powder coated with a RAL colour of your choice. If coated with yellow paint, they also serve as safety signs. Aluminium sliding door tracks also contain integrated cable trays.

Coating and materials

We will powder coat all steel surfaces on the wire mesh panels and accessories in RAL colours you select. Special colours and zinc electroplating are available upon request. Stainless steel and acid-resistant steel panels are also available. The mesh size is selected according to the applicable machinery safety regulations. Wire mesh can be replaced with steel sheet, polycarbonate, acrylic, welding glass (DIN) or sheet lead. Polycarbonate or acrylic sheets can also be installed on top of the wire mesh.

All OC products are easy to install with the help of installation drawings included in the delivery. Our experienced installation crew can also install them for you.
